BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Central Florida / Orlando)
Compensation: Top performers will make $50,000 to $100,000+ annually

Orlando Realty and Property Management is seeking a strong salesperson with a real estate background looking to join a great company in Orlando/Central Florida.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) at Orlando Realty and Property Management is responsible for making a great first impression with potential clients. All new management leads and referrals will be introduced to the BDM so that they can ensure that they are a good fit for the company, and ensure they understand the unique capabilities and outcomes that Orlando Realty and Property Management delivers. Over time, the BDM will become a fountain of our most legendary customer service and success. The BDM is both a filter that saves the company from taking on misfit clients but also serves as a magnet that will attract the perfect-fit client for years to come. After successfully signing up a new owner with our firm, you will transition and pass the baton onto one of our experienced and dedicated Property Managers. You will continue your successful journey onto your other leads, signing up new owners to continue the growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively.
- Meet with and educate qualified prospective clients on our residential management services.
- Qualify and convert prospects into clients for our service.
- Complete the necessary forms and paperwork to onboard new properties in a timely manner.
- Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline utilizing our CRM while updating current notes and statuses for each client.
- Learn and adapt to our policies and procedures and abide by all relevant real estate laws
- Build relationships with our clients and learn our best customer success stories.
