FIELD SERVICE MANAGER/WALKTHROUGH COORDINATOR -- NEEDED (CENTRAL FLORIDA/ORLANDO)
We are a major real estate company currently managing over 600 properties. We are looking for a Field Service Manager/Walkthrough Agent to work on our team. The qualified applicant will handle Property Walkthrough’s (Move In, Move Out, Mid Lease), Scheduling Walkthroughs, and Reporting to our Property Managers.
This can be a stressful position at times. Having a real estate license is a desired, but not necessary to start (earning a real estate license at later point will be required). This position is located in Orlando/Central Florida.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive throughout the Central Florida area each day – easily driving over an average of 75 miles per day. (Company Vehicle Provided)
- MUST have Clean Driving Record
- Do Extensive Move-In walkthroughs.
- Do Extensive Move- Out walkthroughs.
- Do mid lease walkthroughs.
- Do periodic placement of 3 and 7 day notices.
- Data Input
- Communicating with Entire Team, Tenants, Owners
- Other duties as well.
- Add'l details will be provided during interview.
DAYS OFF WILL VARY. WORKING SOME WEEKENDS WILL BE REQUIRED.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Extremely Organized & Self-Motivator
- EXCELLENT AT PRIORITIZING
- Ability to draft detailed reports
- EXCELLENT Communication skills
- Proficent in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Detail Oriented
- Valid Florida Drivers License
- Clean Driving Record
An active Florida real estate license is not necessary to start, but will be required within the first 60 days.
