Please contact your bank.  If you have auto bill pay set up with your bank, we would recommend that you immediately change this so your rent payments are received correctly and on time.

Our phone, fax, & email address will not change. Only our physical address will change. 

The following is important, so please read thoroughly:

• We will not have a full-time team member at our new location.   
• The staff working the front desk at our new office location are NOT employees of Orlando Realty and Property Management.  
• The staff at the front desk will not be able any of your questions regarding your rent, your lease, or any other property matters.  In addition, they will not accept maintenance requests, as normal maintenance requests are made at:   https://www.407rentals.com/maintenance
• IMPORTANT!! There is no drop box to leave envelopes at this location.
• The staff at the front desk will not be able to answer when an Orlando Realty and Property Management member will be in the office. 
• The staff at the front desk is there simply to receive an envelope or package that you would be dropping off.  
• The staff at the front desk is there from 8:45am through 4:45pm, Monday through Friday.   There will not be a front desk person on Saturday, Sundays nor on holidays.
