Rental Application Process & Application Fee

  4. Please also fax or bring to our office a copy of our driver's license & pay stubs . (Provide the 2 most recent pay stubs if paid bi-weekly, if paid weekly please provide the 4 most recent pay stubs) (self-employed applicants: a copy of last year's tax return along with last 3 month's bank statements)

  6. Before the application will be processed the application fee of $79 per adult (payable to "Orlando Realty and Property Management") must be made before the application will be processed. This fee can be paid in a check, cashiers check, money order or cash to our office, or online below.
